Jack Drummond started a sandwich shop business back in the '50's, the best information I can obtain was Jack had two sandwich shops on Courthouse Square. One was on the opposite side from the remaining sandwich shop. Jack's daughter continued in the business, and now has a restaurant with Jack's name. Back is the 50's and 60's the Courthouse Square was a beehive of activity, a very good place for Jack's two shops. Now as the activity has moved outside of Columbia, the Restaurant outside of town now is busy. Both location has very good food and service. The Sandwich Shop has been sold and no longer belongs to the Drummond family. Parking For the Restaurant however is a different story, and may be something that would be difficult to change. Jack's gets a 14 out of 15.
